Terms and information boundaries
Use this website to understand pathways and find the next action or appropriate help.
The service and operator
Pension Path is an independent information service operated by Scott Leimroth, an individual sole trader, ABN 44 565 174 164. It provides general Australian pension and support-navigation information.
It is not an Australian government service. Services Australia, DVA, state agencies and each program make their own assessments and decisions.
General information, not an individual decision
The guides and next-step finder do not assess your personal entitlement, calculate your pension, submit applications or recommend financial products, investments, asset transfers or a legal strategy.
Your evidence, household, residence, payment, card and jurisdiction can change the applicable route. Use the administering organisation or appropriately qualified help for your circumstances. A general explanation or disclaimer cannot settle an individual financial or legal question.
Sources, dates and changes
Pension Path regularly checks its sources and updates its guidance. Information can change, and checks may miss or take time to reflect an update. We cannot guarantee that every page is complete, accurate or current at all times. Before acting, confirm the current rules with the responsible government agency or service, and check any deadline in your official letter.
A review date records editorial checking, rather than a guarantee that every exception is covered or a benefit will be available. Source availability and a successful automated check do not prove an entitlement. Read the source and update method.
Responsibility and your rights
This website provides general guidance to help you find and use the relevant official information. You are responsible for checking how the current rules apply to your circumstances before making a decision.
To the extent Australian law permits, Pension Path and its operator are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information that is incorrect, incomplete or out of date. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that Australian law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Applications, urgent issues and external services
Use genuine official channels for claims, evidence and reporting. Contacting Pension Path does not lodge a claim or review, notify an agency, extend a deadline or stop debt recovery. In immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 000.
External links identify relevant organisations, not an endorsement of every product, paid offer or individual adviser. Their terms, privacy practices, fees and access conditions apply separately. Ask about costs before agreeing to a service.
Using checklists and content
Checklist ticks are personal notes saved only where your browser permits. They are not official completion records. You may read and print the guides for your own use; linked government and provider material remains subject to its own conditions.
These terms do not remove rights that Australian law does not allow to be excluded. For a website question or correction, contact Pension Path.
