Accessibility and using this site

Use the guides in the way that works for you. You do not have to use a questionnaire or manage a government claim online.

Read and navigate

Print or make notes

Use a guide's print button or your browser's Print command. You can tick its checklist, print it or write the steps on paper.

Ticks are personal notes. They do not submit a claim or tell an agency that something has been done. Where permitted, they are remembered only on this browser. Use the footer's clear button to remove saved choices on a shared device.

If browser features are unavailable

Ordinary guide, topic, help and state links work without JavaScript. Interactive search, the finder and remembering choices need browser scripts. If they are unavailable, browse the pension guides, choose a state directly or find human help.

If browser storage is blocked, you can still read the guidance and make paper notes. You do not need an account, claimant documents or a financial questionnaire.

Help with government services

Services Australia can provide phone, interpreter, relay or staff assistance. Ask about a paper or in-person route if online forms are difficult. See its official accessible contact options (opens in a new tab).

Our human-help directory distinguishes claims, financial counselling, care, legal and other support. A trusted person can help you understand information; formal authority is needed to act as a nominee.

Tell us about a barrier

Email hello@pensionpath.com.au. Include the page address and what prevented you from using it. Browser, device or assistive-technology details are optional. Do not send identity, health, financial or government account documents.

Our accessibility approach

We aim for clear language, readable layouts, keyboard access, meaningful headings, visible focus, suitable contrast and usable zoom/reflow. The Australian Government's inclusive design guidance (opens in a new tab) informs that approach.

This statement is not an accessibility certification or a claim that every person has tested the site. If a feature causes difficulty, use the ordinary links or contact us so the barrier can be investigated.
