Using this website

Privacy

You can use the guides without an account or supplying claimant information.

Who operates the service

Pension Path is an independent information service operated by Scott Leimroth, an individual sole trader, ABN 44 565 174 164. Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@pensionpath.com.au.

Information we do not ask for

There are no claimant accounts, financial-input forms or document-upload functions. Do not send Centrelink numbers, tax file numbers, identity documents, bank records, health documents or government passwords in a website enquiry.

Choices saved in your browser

The site can remember your selected state or territory and checklist ticks using local storage on this browser. These preferences are not sent to a Pension Path account or database. They are not a submitted claim or an official reporting record.

Use “Clear saved choices and checklist ticks” in the footer to remove them, or clear the site's data through your browser settings. On a shared device, clear the choices when finished. If storage is unavailable, you can still read the guides and make paper notes.

Search and the next-step finder

Search and the finder run in your browser without a separate search or eligibility API. Finder answers are not saved. Search words can appear in the page address and browser history; that address may be received by the hosting provider when you load or reload it. Do not enter personal or case details into search.

Hosting and technical information

Cloudflare provides website hosting and delivery. Loading a page sends technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details and requested address, to the provider. Hosting and security services may process technical records to deliver, protect and operate the service.

We do not use advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts in this release. This does not mean no technical data is processed. Cloudflare's international services are described in its privacy policy (opens in a new tab); we do not promise Australian-only processing or a particular provider retention period.

If you send email

Your email address and message are handled through the operator's email services to respond to the enquiry, investigate corrections and maintain relevant administrative records. Email can include information beyond what we need, so keep it brief and avoid sensitive attachments.

Correspondence is retained as needed for those purposes and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can ask about access, correction or deletion by emailing the public address. Requests are considered in light of relevant security and recordkeeping needs.

Links to other services

Following an external link takes you to an independently operated service with its own information handling. Your browser may send technical request information there. Submit personal evidence only through the intended official channel after checking the address.

Changes and concerns

If features or information handling change, this notice needs review. Contact us with a privacy concern using the public address. The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (opens in a new tab) provides Australian privacy information and complaint guidance.
